Hoop Dance Class

Location: Northcoast Dance (9th & Cranberry)
Enjoy a low impact-high energy aerobic workout utilizing the "hula" hoop! Hooping builds strong, healthy core muscles while sculpting the legs, buttocks and arms. This workout has the benefit of relieving stress, and improving balance & agility as you build self-confidence and self-esteem. It is also a wonderfully unique expressive art form. All levels welcome!
